What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use a variety of providers including Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD and FedEx. Tracking information is available once order has shipped.

Can I collect in person?

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We aim to ship within 1 working day of orders. UK deliveries usually take 1-3 working days and International deliveries can take up to 2 weeks depending on destination.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do however please note that any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How Is Shipping Calculated?

Our standard shipping rates are:

• United Kingdom: £5.99

• Europe: £13.99

• USA & Rest of the World: £24.99

Shipping costs are applied at checkout based on your delivery address.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards as methods of payment as well as Google Pay.

Can I Get An Invoice Or Receipt?

Receipts are emailed automatically on purchase.

How Can I Return A Product?

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at info@onelovebooks.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition.

Any damaged orders please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@onelovebooks.com. We will do our best to update your order before it has been processed and shipped.
